Refund and Returns Policy

All items are inspected by staff prior to shipping. Exchanges cannot be made for different products or colors. If you have any concerns about the products included in our subscription boxes, please email onlyfinsvet@gmail.com.

Overview

Our subscription boxes are designed to make it easy for you to take care of your pet fish. If you receive food that your fish do not like, we are unable to take returns (tell them its good for them!). If your fish passes away and you are unable to cancel your subscription in time, we will do our best to refund you or direct you to your local fish rescue (yes, they exist).

Refunds

Refunds will be accepted if all of the contents are within their original packaging and sealed. Refunds will not be issued until package can be inspected.

You must contact onlyfinsvet@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your box in order to validate a return.
